The availability of relatively low cost air travel and advancements in technology and the internet have made the world a much smaller and more accessible place for all of us. Apex has been operating with a global mind-set and capability for the past 15 years and today we serve an ever-expanding list of more than 60 countries every year.

More than half of Apex’ clients are truly international and they require us to be able to deliver Learning Journeys and Programmes in the countries where they operate, often meaning delivery in the language of those countries.

For the last 15 years, Apex has been developing and growing our capability to deliver our world class training, consistently around the globe and today we have a network of more than 350 trainers based in strategically important countries and locations around the world. In certain countries, for example North America, we even have the capability to provide a local trainer in every state.

Our experience in international training delivery has helped us to understand the importance of localisation. We build international Learning Journeys and Programmes to be 90% global and 10% local. By including this localised element, we ensure that local cultural considerations and market conditions can be factored in enabling us to fully satisfy the needs of the business in the end market, as well as the multi-national’s strategic aims and objectives.
